Brings together academic expertise in intercultural communication with more than two decades of cross-cultural experience and over 11,000 hours of executive, leadership, and team coaching across five continents. Her research focuses on intercultural communication, gender, and women’s leadership in coaching, with particular attention to how culture, identity, power, and context shape leadership and coaching relationships. Combining scholarship with MCC-level coaching mastery and team coaching expertise, she brings a research-informed, culturally humble approach to understanding human complexity — while keeping the individual, rather than cultural assumptions, at the center.

With MCC-level coaching expertise and extensive experience in executive, leadership, team, and intercultural coaching, his work spans diverse cultures and organizational settings. His particular interests include generational dynamics, succession, midlife transitions, and intergenerational relationships, examining how life stages and experience influence leadership, identity, and change. His work also extends to coaching young adults, adding a developmental perspective across the lifespan. He integrates organizational, intercultural, and generational perspectives while approaching each client as an individual rather than through generational assumptions.
